Our views on Strategy
A must today, we can’t decide without strategy.
Requires a specific set of skills and capabilities: listening, analysis, reflection, and creation. We need all of them.
Can be imposing, therefore we must help everyone involved understand and own the process and results.
Deliveries can’t always be summarized in bullet points but need to be easy to explain and understand.
Output quality is proportional to the input it receives.
Strategy is always based on trust, and it is a group effort.
Must have both a long and short team vision.
Has to be flexible and adapting.
As equally important for a Fortune 500 company as it is for a corner shop.
Runs in every decision a Company makes, form the Board’s strat plans to the local activation in the corner shop.
Strategy can change things very rapidly and that is ok for us:
When first strategy output starts to appear, things can change.
We know it and we have no issue pivoting. We design most of our projects bearing that in mind.
We have solid methodologies and processes that can be altered at any time along the project.
We are constantly gathering evidence to land the strategy in a simple but powerful way.
